The Portfolio Management Module can be used for the evaluation of real estate properties. KPIs and scoring methods are available. The Module contains the capitalised earnings value method, property value method and the DCF (Discounted cash-flow) procedure. KPIs from the Lease Management and Maintenance Module can be assigned automatically.
FaMe Project Management

The FaMe Project Management Module enables the handling of tasks across different accounting periods. Interfaces to Budget Planning, Serviceline, Conference room Management, and the Accounting module are available. Cost monitoring and monitoring of project due dates can be done via this module.
FaMe Relocation Management

The FaMe Relocation Management Module is a central element of the FaMe space management. Detail planning of relocation projects are possible with the application with timeline functions. Using the Selfservice Module requests for relocations can be done by supervisor or the users themselves. The interface to the FaMe Serviceline Module enables the forwarding of the work orders to the respective departments or external service providers automatically by detailled job order forms.
FaMe Residence Management

Module for Service Provider to offer Housekeeping and maintenance packages for customers. Via internet or mobile phone the customer can order Houskeeping or maintenance Service. The module organize the communication, work force and billing.
FaMe Room Directory

The FaMe Room book supports catalog functions: e.g. the first design room list for monitoring of design and equipment process for rooms based on the design room type catalog which is related to the user demands. This room catalog is the basic for the operation room book. This catalog is used for monitoring and documentation of configuration changes.
